Das erwartet dich:

  • personelle und organisatorische Leitung der Filiale
  • lösungsorientierte/r Ansprechpartner_in für das Team
  • Sicherstellung unseres Kund_innenservice
  • Warenmanagement & Sortimentspflege
  • Verantwortung für die Gestaltung von Warenpräsentation und die Umsetzung von Merchandising-Vorgaben

Das bist du:

  • abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung
  • mehrjährige Erfahrung in vergleichbarer Position, vorzugsweise im Filial-Einzelhandel
  • sehr gute fachliche und soziale Kompetenzen
  • positives Auftreten, Engagement, Flexibilität
  • Interesse an trendiger Mode & Lifestyle
  • Für diese Position gilt auf Basis einer Vollbeschäftigung (38,5 Wochenstunden) ein KV-Mindestjahresgehalt von € 33.068,- brutto jährlich
  • Überzahlung nach Berufserfahrung und Qualifikation!
