IHRE AUFGABEN:

  • Aktive Mitarbeit im Tagesgeschäft, ansprechende Warenpräsentation unserer qualitativ hochwertigen Produkte sowie die Einhaltung der Hygienerichtlinien sind für Sie selbstverständlich
  • Souveräner, persönlicher wie auch telefonischer Kundenkontakt stehen an erster Stelle
  • Als erster Ansprechpartner für die Kolleginnen übernehmen Sie für die Einschulung, die Ausbildung, deren Anliegen und Motivation die Verantwortung
  • Sie tragen die Gesamtverantwortung für die Warenbestellung die Wareneingangskontrolle
  • Verantwortungsübernahme für die korrekte Kassaführung und -abrechnung

IHR PROFIL:

  • Kaufmännische Ausbildung (Praxis in einer vergleichbaren Position von Vorteil)
  • Erfahrung im Fleischfachverkauf von Vorteil
  • Filialführungserfahrung wünschenswert
  • Team- und Organisationsfähigkeit, Belastbarkeit, kunden-orientiertes Verhalten sowie eigenverantwortliches Arbeiten
  • Adäquate Deutschkenntnisse
  • Gepflegtes und freundliches Auftreten
  • Flexibilität in Bezug auf die Arbeitszeit

WAS WIR BIETEN:

Wir bieten für diese Position ein Jahresbruttogehalt von € 54.524,40 (auf Vollzeitbasis). Das endgültige Bruttogehalt richtet sich nach Qualifikation und Berufserfahrung und wird in einem persönlichen Gespräch vereinbart.
