  • Als Filialgeschäftsleitung verfügen Sie über Berufserfahrung im Handel und in der Führung von Teams. Es gelingt Ihnen mit Ihrer positiven Ausstrahlung und kommunikativen Persönlichkeit sowohl Kund_innen als auch Mitarbeiter_innen zu motivieren und zu überzeugen. Sehr gute Anwenderkenntnisse der MS-Office-Programme sowie hohe Affinität zu Mode und Trends setzen wir voraus.
  • SIE BRINGEN MIT
  • Expertise in der Kund_innenberatung und Erfahrung im Team-Management: Motivation und Coaching der Verkaufsteams sowie Personalführung und -planung
  • Gespür und Erfahrung bei der Warenpräsentation unter Einhaltung der Visual-Merchandising Vorgaben
  • Erfahrung beim Erstellen von Kennzahlen, wirtschaftlichen Storeanalysen und der Durchführung von Inventuren
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Handel
  • Erfahrung als Filialgeschäftsleitung
