  • Ihre Aufgaben:
  • Verantwortung für den Warenfluss, die Warenpräsentation, Sauberkeit in der Abteilung nach INTERSPAR-Standards, Abwicklung der Inventur
  • Einhaltung der Qualitäts- und Hygienestandards (HACCP)
  • Umsetzung von konzernalen Vorgaben und Konzepten
  • Gewährleistung von Service- und Kundenorientierung
  • Personaleinsatzplanung, Mitarbeiter*innenführung und -motivation
  • Ihr Profil:
  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung und Berufserfahrung im Lebensmittelhandel inkl. Führungserfahrung
  • Kommunikationsstärke, Freude im Umgang mit Kund*innen und Mitarbeiter*innen
  • Einsatzbereitschaft, Organisationsgeschick, Flexibilität und Umsetzungsstärke
  • Umgang mit Kennzahlen
  • MS-Office und SAP Anwenderkenntnisse
