Deine Position

Für unser neu gestaltetes Bäckerei-Café suchen wir eine motivierte Persönlichkeit in Vollzeit (40 Stunden) als Filialleitung.

  • Beginn: Ende Sommer / Herbst (das Café befindet sich aktuell noch im Umbau)
  • Ein früherer Start ist nach Absprache möglich, um unsere Abläufe in den bestehenden Filialen kennenzulernen und Erfahrung zu sammeln.
  • Deine Aufgaben
  • Nach einer sorgfältigen Einschulung führst du unser Bäckerei-Café eigenständig und mit viel Verantwortung. Wir bieten unser hochwertiges Bäckerei-Sortiment sowie ausgezeichneten Kaffee aus einer neuen Siebträgermaschine an.

Wir suchen eine gewissenhafte, verlässliche und aufgeschlossene Persönlichkeit, die gerne Verantwortung übernimmt und Freude am Umgang mit Menschen hat.

Das bringst du idealerweise mit

  • Erfahrung in Service, Gastronomie oder Hotellerie
  • Barista-Erfahrung bzw. Interesse an hochwertiger Kaffeezubereitung
  • Erfahrung mit Registrierkassen von Vorteil
  • Selbstständige und verlässliche Arbeitsweise
  • Kreativität, Offenheit und Freude am Kontakt mit Gästen

Was wir bieten

  • Eigenverantwortliches Arbeiten mit viel Mitgestaltungsmöglichkeit
  • Selbstständige Führung des Bäckerei-Cafés nach Einschulung
  • Eigene Kassa mit eigenem Trinkgeld
  • Verdienst: €2.000 netto, mit Bereitschaft zur Überzahlung, je nach Qualifikation und Erfahrung
  • Verpflegung während der Dienstzeit
  • Brotsackerl fürs Wochenende
  • Geregelte Arbeitszeiten: ca. 05:30 bis 14:00 Uhr inkl. 30 Minuten Pause
  • Arbeitstage: Dienstag bis Samstag (Sonntag & Montag frei)
