In dieser Position übst du eine Schlüsselfunktion mit einem vielseitigen und abwechslungsreichen Tätigkeitsbereich aus. Du übernimmst die Verantwortung für deine Mitarbeiter*innen und den betriebswirtschaftlichen Erfolg der Filiale. Du gewährleistest die Warenverfügbarkeit und eine ansprechende Warenpräsentation und bist Ansprechpartner*in für Mitarbeiter*innen, Kund*innen sowie Direktlieferant*innen. Als Führungskraft förderst und betreust du deine Mitarbeiter*innen, übernimmst die Personaleinsatzplanung und stellst den Schulungsbedarf fest. Zudem hast du eine wichtige Rolle im Arbeitnehmer*innen-Schutz sowie in der Kontrolle von Kennzahlen und der Einhaltung von Vorgaben und Hygienebestimmungen.   • Arbeitszeit: Vollzeit 38,5 h pro Woche im Rahmen der Geschäftsöffnungszeiten - nach Absprache
  • Filiale: Tulfes, Schmalzgasse 27
  • PROFIL:
  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung, idealerweise im Einzelhandel / entsprechende Berufserfahrung
  • Führungskompetenz und unternehmerisches Denken und Handeln
  • Belastbarkeit, Einsatzbereitschaft und Flexibilität
  • Freundliches und offenes Auftreten, Fachberatung
  • Teamgeist und eine zuverlässige und genaue Arbeitsweise
  • Freude am direkten Kundenkontakt und an der Beratung unserer Kund*innen
