  • Ihre Aufgaben:
  • eigenverantwortliches Leiten einer Filiale (Öffnungszeiten zwischen 07:00 - 19:30 bzw. bis 20 Uhr je nach Filiale)
  • Umsatz-, Kosten-, und Inventurverantwortung
  • Koordinieren und Organisieren eines Teams
  • Warenmanagement, insbesondere Disponieren und Präsentieren der Ware
  • Ausbilden von neuen Mitarbeiter_innen und Lehrlingen
  • Kassieren an unseren modernen Scannerkassen
  • Kontrolle der Einhaltung der HACCP-Richtlinien
  • Ihr Profil:
  • Berufsausbildung im Einzelhandel
  • Selbstständige und leistungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Freundlichkeit, Teamfähigkeit, Zuverlässigkeit
  • Bereitschaft zu flexiblen Arbeitszeiten
