Aufgaben

  • Du steuerst und setzt die Verkaufsaktivitäten der gesamten Produktpalette in deiner Filiale um und stellst sicher, dass erstklassige Kund_innen- und Serviceorientierung im Mittelpunkt steht
  • Dein Kommunikationstalent ist dabei ein echter Pluspunkt
  • Du übernimmst die Verantwortung für die gesamte Personalführung in deiner Filiale, motivierst dein Team und führst es zielorientiert zu Erfolgen
  • Du sorgst dafür, dass deine Filiale die Werte und Qualität der Post nach außen hin überzeugend repräsentiert und ein positives Kundenerlebnis hinterlässt

Qualifikation

  • Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung und mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Verkauf
  • Führungserfahrung ist von Vorteil
  • Sicheres und seriöses Auftreten sowie ein hohes Maß an Service- und Kund_innenorientierung
  • Grundkenntnisse in MS-Office und der Position entsprechende Deutschkenntnisse
