  • IHRE AUFGABEN - VIELSEITIG WIE DER HANDEL
  • Betreuung von mehreren PENNY Filialen - Einsatz als Springer_in
  • Verantwortung für den wirtschaftlichen Erfolg der Filialen
  • Erstellung der Personaleinsatzplanung
  • Warenbestellung
  • Optimale Warenpräsentation sowie korrekte Preisauszeichnung
  • Inventur
  • Führung und Förderung von Mitarbeiter_innen
  • Mitarbeit bei allen in der Filiale anfallenden Tätigkeiten
  • Arbeitszeit nach Vereinbarung im Zeitrahmen Mo-Fr: 6:00-19:30 Uhr bzw. 6:00 bis 20:30 in den Ballungszentren (Wien, St.Pölten, Eisenstadt, Linz, Salzburg Stadt, Graz und Klagenfurt) und Sa: 6:00-18:30 Uhr
  • IHR PROFIL - STARK WIE UNSERE MARKEN
  • Abgeschlossenen kaufmännische Ausbildung
  • Erfahrung im Führen von Mitarbeiter_innen
  • Führerschein B zwingend erforderlich
  • Branchenbezogene Fachkenntnisse von Vorteil
  • Freundliches und gepflegtes Auftreten
  • Zeitliche Flexibilität und Zuverlässigkeit
  • Verantwortungsbewusstsein und hohe Einsatzbereitschaft
  • Deutschkenntnisse der Tätigkeit entsprechend
  • Einwandfreies Leumundszeugnis
