Ihre Aufgaben

  • Sie führen Ihre Filiale anhand betriebswirtschaftlicher Kennzahlen, mit Schwerpunkt auf Verkauf von Fleisch- und Wurstwaren
  • Ihre Aufgaben umfassen Tätigkeiten im Rahmen einer Tochtergesellschaft eines führenden Lebensmitteleinzelhändlers
  • Sie tragen Verantwortung für das Erscheinungsbild des Marktes sowie für Warenverfügbarkeit und eine attraktive Warenpräsentation
  • Sie führen Ihr Team unter Einhaltung aller gesetzlichen Vorgaben
  • Ihnen liegen Motivation und die kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung Ihrer Mitarbeitenden besonders am Herzen

Ihr Profil

  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung (HAK, HAS, HLW, Einzelhandelslehre) bzw. vergleichbare Qualifikation; mindestens 2 bis 3 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Einzelhandel.
  • Umfassende Führungserfahrung
  • GHP-Kenntnisse (Gute Hygiene Praxis) vorhanden.
  • Ausgeprägte Organisations- und Kommunikationsfähigkeiten
  • Bereitschaft zur Weiterbildung (Seminare, Schulungen, etc.)
  • Hands-on-Mentalität und Teamspirit
  • Begeisterung für den Handel
  • Freude am Führen von Mitarbeiterinnen und Mitarbeitern
  • Engagierte, belastbare und verantwortungsbewusste Persönlichkeit
  • Ausgeprägtes kunden- und lösungsorientiertes Denken.
