Ihre Aufgaben

  • Gemeinsam mit der Filialleitung leiten Sie die Filiale gemäß wirtschaftlichen Kennzahlen im Bereich Fleisch- und Wurstwaren
  • Sie arbeiten leidenschaftlich im Verkauf und lieben die individuelle Beratung von Kund_innen
  • Sie unterstützen die Filialleitung bei der Entwicklung und Führung des Teams
  • Sie übernehmen Organisation und Koordination von Warenannahme, Disposition, ansprechender Warenpräsentation sowie korrekter Preisauszeichnung
  • Als Teamplayer unterstützen Sie Ihre Kolleginnen und Kollegen

Ihr Profil

  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung (HAK, HAS, HLW, Einzelhandelslehre)
  • Berufserfahrung im Einzelhandel
  • Idealerweise erste Führungserfahrung
  • Grundkenntnisse GHP (Gute Hygiene Praxis)
  • Organisationstalent mit Kommunikationsstärke
  • Bereitschaft zur Weiterbildung
  • Professionelles Auftreten
  • Hands-on Mentalität mit Teamspirit
