DAS SIND DEINE AUFGABEN

  • Führung, Ausbildung, Schulung und Motivieren deines Filial-Teams
  • Planung, Analyse und Steuerung von Filialkennzahlen
  • Erstellung der Personaleinsatzplanung und Koordination von Inventurmaßnahmen
  • Sicherstellung einer optimalen Warenverfügbarkeit durch regelmäßiges Bestandsmanagement
  • Mitarbeit im Tagesgeschäft sowie Steuerung der Warenpräsentation und Warenverräumung

DAS BRINGST DU MIT

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung, z. B. als Verkäufer/Verkäuferin oder Kaufmann im Einzelhandel (m/w/d)
  • Mindestens 12 Monate Berufserfahrung in einer Führungsposition, z. B. als Store Manager:in, Marktleiter:in oder Niederlassungsleiter:in
  • Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeit, Zuverlässigkeit sowie Verantwortungsbewusstsein
  • Hohe Einsatzbereitschaft im operativen Filialgeschäft, Flexibilität sowie Organisationstalent
  • Lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise und betriebswirtschaftliches Verständnis
