- ✓ Leitung des Outlet-Teams und aktive Mitarbeit im Verkauf
- ✓ Funktion als Bindeglied zwischen Zentrale und Team (HR, Lager, etc.)
- ✓ Förderung der Mitarbeitermotivation zur Sicherstellung erstklassiger Verkaufsqualität
- ✓ Implementierung von Visual-Merchandising-Konzepten
- ✓ Garantie für erstklassigen Kundenservice und hochwertige Beratung
- ✓ Effektives Warenmanagement und Präsentation
- ✓ Verantwortung für Kassenprozesse und Einhaltung von Standards
- Ihr Profil:
- ✓ Erfolgreich abgeschlossene Ausbildung im Einzelhandel oder vergleichbarer Abschluss
- ✓ Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung, idealerweise mit Führungsverantwortung
- ✓ Leidenschaft für hochwertige Herrenmode und Trends
- ✓ Hervorragende Kunden- und Serviceorientierung
- ✓ Hohe Zuverlässigkeit und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
- ✓ Selbständige Arbeitsweise und Gespür für Produktpräsentation
- ✓ Teamfähigkeit und Flexibilität im dynamischen Arbeitsumfeld
