  • Verantwortung für Deine Filiale
  • Führung, Coaching und Entwicklung Deines Teams

  • Auswertung und Steuerung der Filialkennzahlen
  • Effiziente und bedarfsgerechte Personaleinsatzplanung
  • Lager- & Warenmanagement
  • Das bringst Du mit:
  • Idealerweise eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung (vorzugsweise im textilen Handel)
  • Engagement und Flexibilität
  • Freundliches und offenes Auftreten
  • Spaß an der Arbeit im lebendigen Einzelhandel in einem tollen Team
  • Leidenschaft für Mode und Freude an der Beratung unserer Kunden
  • Wünschenswert sind erste Führungserfahrungen
