Du bringst Führungserfahrung aus der Möbelbranche mit, liebst den Verkauf und möchtest eine Filiale eigenverantwortlich führen? Du willst nicht nur vom Schreibtisch aus steuern, sondern gemeinsam mit deinem Team auf der Verkaufsfläche etwas bewegen?

### Das erwartet dich

  • Attraktives Jahresgehalt von durchschnittlich 80.000 €, abhängig von Filialgröße und Leistung
  • Unbefristeter Arbeitsvertrag in Vollzeit mit langfristiger Perspektive
  • 30 Tage Urlaub im Jahr

### Das bringst du mit

  • Du bringst Führungserfahrung im Möbelhandel mit und hast Freude daran, ein Team zu führen und weiterzuentwickeln
  • Leidenschaft für den Möbelverkauf und Freude am direkten Kundenkontakt
  • Die Fähigkeit, Mitarbeiter zu begeistern, zu entwickeln und gemeinsam Ziele zu erreichen
  • Unternehmerisches Denken und einen sicheren Umgang mit Kennzahlen
  • Ein gutes Gespür für Kundenservice, Einrichtung und ein ansprechendes Einkaufserlebnis

### Deine Aufgaben

  • Du führst deine Filiale eigenverantwortlich und bist aktiv auf der Verkaufsfläche präsent
  • Du motivierst, unterstützt und entwickelst dein Verkaufsteam
  • Du verantwortest Umsatz, Budget und wirtschaftlichen Erfolg deiner Filiale
  • Du gehst als Vorbild voran und begeisterst Kunden auch selbst im Verkauf
  • Du gestaltest Abläufe, setzt Impulse und entwickelst deine Filiale kontinuierlich weiter
