Als familiengeführter Handwerksbetrieb mit Sitz in Markkleeberg suchen wir eine tatkräftige, zuverlässige und engagierte Führungspersönlichkeit zur Verstärkung unseres Teams – ab sofort als \*\*Filialleiter (m/w/d)\*\* im Verkauf für unsere Filiale in Leipzig-Lößnig.

In dieser verantwortungsvollen Position sind Sie für den reibungslosen Ablauf in Ihrer Filiale zuständig und fungieren als erste Ansprechperson für Ihr Team, die Bezirksleitung sowie für unsere Kundinnen und Kunden.

Ihre Aufgaben

  • Verantwortung für die Warendisposition und ansprechende Warenpräsentation
  • Steuerung und Kontrolle aller Verkaufskennzahlen
  • Führung, Betreuung und Entwicklung der Mitarbeitenden und Auszubildenden
  • Umsetzung von Marketingmaßnahmen vor Ort
  • Aktive Mitarbeit im Verkauf und als Vorbild im Team

Ihr Profil

  • Mehrjährige Erfahrungen im Verkauf und der Mitarbeiterführung
  • Sicheres und überzeugendes Auftreten im täglichen Umgang mit Kundschaft und Team
  • Gutes Zahlenverständnis und eine strukturierte, zielorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Hohes Maß an Engagement, Eigenverantwortung und Motivation
  • Bereitschaft zu Früh- und Spätschichten sowie Wochenendarbeit
