Wir als Vertriebspartner für Vodafone suchen zur Verstärkung unseres Teams in Magdeburg zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt einen Filialleiter in Vollzeit, der unsere Produkte mit Herz, Köpfchen und voller Begeisterung dem Kunden nahe bringt und zusammen mit diesem die beste Lösung für seine Bedürfnisse findet.

Als Filialleiter übernimmst du zudem die Verantwortung für deinen Standort und bist nicht nur Ansprechpartner für unsere Kunden, sondern auch für dein Team.

Du verstehst es, Mitarbeiter zu motivieren, gemeinsam Ziele zu erreichen und gleichzeitig für eine positive Atmosphäre im Shop zu sorgen.

Deine Aufgaben?

  • Beratung und Verkauf am POS
  • Erstellung von individuellen Kundenangeboten
  • Bestandskundenpflege
  • Gestaltung und Mitwirkung bei Marketingaktionen für den Shop
  • Administrative Tätigkeiten wie Kassenführung, Wareneingang und Visual Merchandising

  • Kommunikationsstärke und Begeisterungsfähigkeit

  • abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung im Einzelhandel oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung wünschenswert
