Ihre Aufgaben

  • Führung von serviceorientierten Beratungsgesprächen
  • kreative und verkaufsfördernde Umsetzung des Warenpräsentationskonzepts nach Anweisung
  • Aufbau von Aktionsflächen
  • Selbständige Kassiertätigkeiten einschl. Erstellung der Kassenabrechnung
  • Bewerbungsgespräche führen und Personal anlernen und fördern
  • Personaleinsatzpläne erstellen

Ihr Profil

  • Sie fühlen sich als Teamleitung bzw. Filialleitung unseren anspruchsvollen Kunden in einem beratungsintensiven Verkauf gewachsen
  • Sie besitzen bereits Führungserfahrung
  • Sie besitzen einen kooperativen Führungsstil, der durch Motivation und Engagement geprägt ist und mit Ihrer aktiven und intensiven Beratung und Betreuung sorgen Sie bei unseren Kunden für einzigartige Einkaufserlebnisse
