Für eine Filiale eines international tätigen Mobilitätsdienstleisters wird eine engagierte Filialleitung (m/w/d) in Vollzeit gesucht.

# Aufgaben:

  • Selbstständige Leitung und Organisation der Filiale
  • Führung, Motivation und Weiterentwicklung der Mitarbeitenden
  • Planung und Steuerung des Fahrzeugbestands
  • Betreuung und Beratung von Kundinnen und Kunden
  • Bearbeitung von Kundenanfragen und Beschwerden
  • Sicherstellung eines hohen Kundenservice
  • Verantwortung für die Erreichung der Vertriebs- und Umsatzziele
  • Auswertung von Kennzahlen und Ableitung geeigneter Maßnahmen
  • Koordination von Bestellungen, Rechnungen und externen Dienstleistern
  • Überwachung und Optimierung der Arbeitsabläufe in der Filiale

Die Filialleitung ist außerdem für die Erreichung der Vertriebs- und Umsatzziele verantwortlich. Dazu gehören die Auswertung von Kennzahlen, die Ableitung geeigneter Maßnahmen sowie die Koordination von Bestellungen, Rechnungen und externen Dienstleistern.

# Anforderungen:

  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische oder betriebswirtschaftliche Ausbildung bzw. Studium
  • Berufserfahrung im Vertrieb und idealerweise erste Führungserfahrung
  • Ausgeprägte Kunden- und Serviceorientierung
  • Gute organisatorische Fähigkeiten und Verantwortungsbewusstsein
  • Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
  • Führerschein der Klasse B
  • Interesse an Fahrzeugen und Mobilität
