  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung – idealerweise im Lebensmittelhandel, in Gastronomie oder Hotellerie
  • Quereinsteiger mit Führungserfahrung im Verkauf oder Service willkommen

  • Organisationstalent, Belastbarkeit und Teamgeist
  • Erste Leitungserfahrung wünschenswert

  • Koordination des Tagesgeschäfts in der Filiale
  • Führung, Motivation & Qualifizierung Ihres Teams
  • Zubereitung von Snacks & Backen unserer Produkte
  • Sicherstellung der Hygienestandards & Unternehmensvorgaben
  • Effiziente Personaleinsatzplanung
  • Bestell- & Retourenabwicklung
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit dem Regionalverkaufsleiter
  • Fokus auf Kundenzufriedenheit & Produktivität
