Filialleiter (m/w/d) 
Ihre Aufgaben:
- freundliche und höfliche Ansprache der Kunden
- aktiv Verkaufen und Beraten
- Produktwissen und Fachkenntnisse anwenden
- Warenpräsentation soll nach Standards umgesetzt werden
- Bestellungen planen und durchführen
- Kostenkontrolle für die Filiale
- Hygienestandards einhalten und kontrollieren
- Mitarbeiterführung
- Personaleinsatzplanung
- Warenfluss kontrollieren, Retouren erfassen
- Führung und Abrechnung der Kasse
- Vorbereiten und Backen von Produkten in der Filiale
- Zubereiten von Getränken und Speisen
- Ware fachgerecht verpacken
- Teilnahme an Schulungen
- Ansprechpartner für die Verlaufsleitung
