Dein Profil:

  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossene Ausbildung oder Studium im textilen Einzelhandel oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Erfahrung als Führungskraft mit Personalverantwortung
  • Ausgeprägte Kundenorientierung und Leidenschaft für Service
  • Tiefgehendes Wissen in Waren- und Verkaufskunde
  • Begeisterung für Visual Merchandising und Verkaufsraumgestaltung
  • Gute MS-Office-Kenntnisse
  • Regionale Mobilität für standortübergreifenden Einsatz

Deine Aufgaben:

  • Führung & Entwicklung: Einsatz, Motivation und Schulung Deines Teams im Verkauf
  • Steuerung & Optimierung: Personalplanung, Warendisposition, Verkaufspräsentation sowie Umsatz- und Ergebnisverantwortung
  • Kreative Verkaufsförderung: Umsetzung von Marketing- und Promotion-Maßnahmen
  • Strategische Zusammenarbeit: Direkte Abstimmung mit unserer Zentrale
  • Marktanalyse & Netzwerk: Beobachtung lokaler Trends sowie Pflege von Kontakten zu Behörden und Interessengruppen
