Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Die Durchführung und Koordination des Tagesgeschäftes
  • Das Führen, Entwickeln und Motivieren des Teams sowie die Betreuung von neuem Personal
  • Das Erarbeiten von Listen und die Durchführung des Tagesabschlusses
  • Die Durchführung und Weiterentwicklung von systemgastronomischen Abläufen
