Du bist Apotheker:in und möchtest mehr als den Apothekenalltag verwalten? Du führst klar und wertschätzend, arbeitest gern im HV und hast Lust, moderne Pharmazie aktiv mitzugestalten?

Dann suchen wir dich zum 1. Dezember 2026 oder früher als Filialleitung – in Teilzeit oder Vollzeit ab 30 Stunden pro Woche.

Deine Aufgaben

  • Du führst und entwickelst dein Team.
  • Du organisierst den Apothekenalltag und sorgst für klare Abläufe.
  • Du arbeitest aktiv in der Beratung.
  • Du behältst Kennzahlen, Sortiment und Monatsabschlüsse im Blick.
  • Du stellst die Umsetzung von QMS und behördlichen Vorgaben sicher.
  • Du entwickelst Impfen, POC-Tests und pharmazeutische Dienstleistungen weiter.
  • Du bringst eigene Ideen in unseren Apothekenverbund ein.

Das bringst du mit

  • Approbation als Apotheker:in
  • Erfahrung in der öffentlichen Apotheke
  • Freude an Führung, Beratung und Teamarbeit
  • eine strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Interesse an digitalen Prozessen und neuen Dienstleistungen
  • wirtschaftliches Verständnis
