Wir suchen für unsere Bäckereifilialen in Düsseldorf, Kreis Mettmann und Kreis Neuss ab sofort engagierte Filialleiter/innen.

Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Sie organisieren die Arbeitsabläufe in der Filiale
  • Sie sind für die Personaleinsatzplanung sowie die Leitung Ihres Teams verantwortlich
  • Sie arbeiten neue Mitarbeiter ein
  • Sie tragen die Verantwortung für die Bestellung von Waren sowie die Kassenabrechnung
  • Sie sorgen gewissenhaft für die Einhaltung unserer Qualitätsstandards sowie der Einhaltung der Hygienevorschriften

Ihr Profil:

  • Sie haben eine abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung, idealerweise im Bereich der Bäckerei oder der Gastronomie/Systemgastronomie
  • Sie konnten bereits erste Führungserfahrungen sammeln und können Ihre Mitarbeiter motivieren
  • Sie haben Spaß am Verkauf und Umgang mit Kunden
  • Freundlichkeit, Kooperationsbereitschaft und Flexibilität runden Ihr Profil ab
