Wir suchen eine/n gelernte/n Bäckereifachverkäufer/in (m/w/d) als Filialleitung.

Sie leiten ein Team mit 3-5 Personen in einer Filiale in Marburg

Die Stelle ist in Vollzeit zu besetzen. In der Regel sind Sie im Verkauf im Arbeitszeitrahmen 06:30 Uhr bis 19:30 Uhr eingesetzt an 5 Tagen in der Woche (Mo-So). Selbstverständlich bekommen Sie 2 freie Tage pro Woche in Absprache und nach Plan.

Sie sind als gelernte Fachkraft kundenfreundlich und verstehen das Verkaufsgeschäft in einer Bäckereifiliale. Außerdem identifizieren Sie sich mit Ihren Aufgaben und Ihrer Tätigkeit. Sie bringen Führungsqualitäten mit.

  • Aufgabengebiete wie das Kassen- und Bestellwesen und auch Personaleinsatzplanung trauen Sie sich gerne zu.
  • Eine Einarbeitung erfolgt sukzessive.
