Deine Aufgaben:

  • Du organisierst sämtliche Arbeitsabläufe in der Filiale, von der optimalen Personaleinsatzplanung, über die bedarfsgerechte Produktion bis hin zu der Bestellung der Ware
  • Du bist verantwortlich für die Führung Deines Teams
  • Du gewährst die Einhaltung unserer System- und Qualitätsstandards
  • Die Motivation und Schulung des Teams fallen in Deinen Aufgabenbereich

Was Dich auszeichnet:

  • Du hast eine abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung oder bereits Berufserfahrungen in der Gastronomie bzw. im Lebensmitteleinzelhandel
  • Du bist in der Lage, Verantwortung für ein Team zu übernehmen
  • Erste Führungserfahrung ist wünschenswert, aber nicht zwingend erforderlich
  • Du verfügst über ein sicheres sowie kommunikatives Auftreten und besitzt organisatorische Fähigkeiten
  • Du hast Freude am Umgang mit Kunden und bist serviceorientiert
  • Ein gewissenhafter und hygienischer Arbeitsstil ist für Dich selbstverständlich
  • Du bringst ein ausgeprägtes Engagement und zeitliche Flexibilität mit
