  • Ihre Aufgaben:
  • Steuerung der Umsatz-, Kosten- und Inventurentwicklung
  • Steuerung der Warendisposition und des Warenflusses
  • Preisauszeichnung und Sortimentspflege
  • Herstellung und Bearbeitung von Fleisch, Wurst, Käse und Feinkost
  • Durchführung verkaufsfördernder Maßnahmen
  • professionelle Kundenberatung
  • Führung und Schulung der Mitarbeiter Ihrer Abteilung, Personaleinsatzplanung
  • Ihr Profil:
  • Berufsausbildung zum/zur Fleischer/in oder Metzger/in, vornehmlich im Lebensmitteleinzelhandel, oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung
  • Berufserfahrung im Fleisch-/Feinkost-Handwerk
  • fundierte Warenkenntnisse
  • Verantwortungsbewusstsein, Servicekompetenz und Kundenfreundlichkeit
  • Führungskompetenz und eine problemlösungs- und ergebnisorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Selbstständigkeit, Einsatzfreude sowie Team- und Kommunikationsfähigkeit
