Ich suche für meinen Kunden, einen Global Player im Bereich Young Fashion, die Leitung für den Store in Buchholz in der Nordheide. Der Store wird neu eröffnet.

Das ist der seltene Fall: kein übernommener Store mit gewachsenen Problemen, sondern ein Start bei null. Ihr fangt als Team zusammen an.

Dein Job

Der Store ist Deiner. Du führst Dein Team und verantwortest, was auf der Fläche passiert: Umsatz, Ware, Warenpräsentation, Personaleinsatz. Du planst die Schichten, schaust Dir die Kennzahlen an und weißt, woran es liegt, wenn eine Woche nicht läuft. Dabei stehst Du selbst mit auf der Fläche – beraten, kassieren, Ware annehmen gehören dazu.

Kein Job vom Schreibtisch aus.

Was Du mitbringen solltest

  • Mehrere Jahre Einzelhandel auf der Verkaufsfläche, davon Erfahrung in der Mitarbeiterführung
  • Du hast schon einen Store geleitet – oder stellvertretend geführt und willst jetzt Deinen eigenen
  • Idealerweise eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung
  • Mode, Textil oder Fashion ist ideal – muss aber nicht sein
  • Zahlenverständnis: Umsatz, Fläche und Personaleinsatz sind für Dich keine Fremdwörter
  • Bock auf Aufbau. Die ersten Wochen sind intensiv
