Wir suchen eine engagierte Filialleitung (w/m/d) , die unsere Schuhwelt mit Herz und Know-How weiter wachsen lässt.

Deine Aufgabe

  • Leitung der Filiale inkl. Personaleinsatzplanung
  • Führung, Motivation und Entwicklung des Teams
  • Beratung unserer Kunden bei der Auswahl unserer Produkte rund um das Thema Schuhe, Schuhpflege und Accessoires
  • Koordination der filialinternen Abläufe inkl. Kasse und Inventur
  • Warenpräsentation auf der Verkaufsfläche
  • Kassiertätigkeiten
  • Bearbeitung von Kundenreklamationen
  • Annahme von Warensendungen und Qualitätskontrolle

Dein Profil

  • abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung im Handel oder Erfahrungen im Handel/Verkauf
  • idealerweise Führungserfahrung
  • ausgeprägte Kundenorientierung, Kommunikationsstärke und Teamfähigkeit
  • Begeisterung für Schuhe, Trends und gute Beratung
  • ausgeprägte ziel- und ergebnisorientierte Arbeitsweise
