  • Du sorgst für ein besonderes Einkaufserlebnis und hochzufriedene Kundinnen und Kunden
  • Die effiziente Steuerung der Arbeitsabläufe, die Verfügbarkeit der Waren in deiner Filiale und das Erzielen des bestmöglichen Umsatzes liegen in deiner Hand
  • Du führst und motivierst das Team und bildest unsere Nachwuchskräfte aus
  • Du übernimmst gemeinsam mit deinem Team alle anfallenden Aufgaben im Verkaufs- und Lagerraum
  • Zum Beispiel kontrollierst du die Eingangsware, baust sie auf der Verkaufsfläche auf und prüfst ihre Mindesthaltbarkeit
  • Die Frische von Obst, Gemüse und Backwaren behältst du immer im Auge
  • Das bringst du mit
  • POWER, um die Filiale zum Erfolg zu führen
  • Eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung im Einzelhandel, gerne auch Berufserfahrung
  • Freundliches Auftreten und Spaß am Umgang mit Kundinnen und Kunden
  • Führungskompetenz und Kommunikationsstärke sowie Flexibilität und Teamgeist
  • Lust darauf, sorgfältig und engagiert mit anzupacken
  • Für die Tätigkeit im Verkauf sind gute Deutschkenntnisse (mindestens Sprachniveau B1) erforderlich, um eine reibungslose Kommunikation mit Kund:innen sicherzustellen.
