Aufgabengebiet:

  • Unternehmerisches und ergebnisverantwortliches Leiten der Filiale
  • Führung und Motivation des Verkaufspersonals
  • Zielgerichtete Personaleinsatzplanung
  • Gestaltung eines ausgewogenen Sortimentes
  • Organisation der Arbeit in der Filiale
  • Verkauf von Presse, Büchern und Zusatzsortimenten

Anforderungen:

  • Qualifizierte kaufmännische Ausbildung
  • Fähigkeit, Mitarbeiter zu motivieren und anzuleiten
  • Erfahrungen im filialisierten Einzelhandel und Branchenkenntnisse im Presse- und Buchhandel
  • Sicherheit im Umgang mit Lottoprodukten ist von Vorteil
  • Hohes Maß an Kundenorientierung
  • Selbstständiges und zielorientiertes Arbeiten
  • Ehrlichkeit, Flexibilität und hohe Belastbarkeit (Arbeit im Mehrschichtsystem entsprechend der Öffnungszeiten, auch an Wochenenden und Feiertagen)
