  • SEZ Compliance
  • Ensure compliance with SEZ Act, Rules, and applicable customs regulations.
  • Prepare and submit SOFTEX forms, APR (Annual Performance Reports), and other SEZ statutory returns.
  • Coordinate with Development Commissioner (DC) Office, SEZ Authorities, Customs, and other regulatory bodies.
  • Maintain accurate records of imports, exports, domestic procurements, and duty-free transactions.
  • Monitor compliance related to Letter of Approval (LOA) conditions and SEZ operational guidelines.
  • Facilitate customs assessments, audits, and inspections.
  • Track and manage Bond-cum-Legal Undertaking (BLUT) requirements and renewals.
  • Finance & Accounting
  • Manage accounting entries, ledger scrutiny, and month-end closing activities.
  • Monitor receivables, payables, cash flow, and working capital requirements.
  • Verify vendor invoices, employee reimbursements, and payment processing.
  • Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting activities.
  • Ensure accurate accounting of imports, exports, and inter-unit SEZ transactions.
  • Reconcile customs duty, GST, and other statutory records with financial books.
