Key job responsibilities:

• •Clean, reconcile, and maintain data across NetSuite, Salesforce, and billing systems
• •Analyze financial statements and support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
• •Identify inconsistencies in data and take initiative to correct them — manually if needed
• •Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve financial and operational reporting
• •Support month-end and quarter-end processes with accurate data
• •Assist with process improvements and data integrity audits

Required skills & experience

• •Strong working knowledge of NetSuite (must-have)
• •Solid understanding of financial concepts and reporting
• •Proactive, aggressive, and self-driven — does not wait to be told what’s wrong
• •Excellent Excel/Google Sheets skills; experience with large data sets
• •High attention to detail with a strong sense of ownership
• •Experience with Salesforce and billing systems is a big plus
