Job summary

The Finance Analyst - Finance Systems Implementation & Support serves as a key liaison between Finance, IT, and business stakeholders to support the implementation, stabilization, and continuous improvement of finance systems and processes. This role supports finance transformation initiatives by participating in system implementations, testing, training, process documentation, data validation, and post-go-live support.

In addition, the analyst provides Tier 1 and Tier 2 helpdesk support for finance applications, investigates user issues, coordinates resolution activities, and drives process improvements to enhance user experience and operational efficiency. The role requires flexibility to work in a shift-based environment, including occasional evening hours, to provide support across multiple global regions, including Europe, APAC, and the Americas. Working hours may vary depending on business needs, project activities, and support coverage requirements.

Responsibilities

Finance Systems Implementation

• •Support implementation of finance technology initiatives including ERP, Central Finance, reporting, consolidation, planning, and related finance applications.
• •Participate in requirements gathering, business process design, solution validation, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
• •Assist in documenting business requirements, functional specifications, process flows, and test scenarios.
• •Coordinate testing activities and support defect identification, tracking, and resolution.
• •Validate financial data conversions, reconciliations, and system integrations.
• •Support cutover planning, deployment activities, and hypercare support during system go-lives.
• •Collaborate with Finance, IT, vendors, and project teams to ensure successful delivery of system enhancements and implementations.
• •Participate in change management activities, including training material development and end-user training.

Finance Systems Support & Helpdesk

• •Serve as a primary point of contact for finance system inquiries and issue resolution.
• •Manage and resolve helpdesk tickets related to finance systems, reporting tools, and financial master data.
• •Perform root cause analysis on system issues and work with technical teams to implement corrective actions.
• •Monitor application performance and identify opportunities for process and system improvements.
• •Escalate critical issues and coordinate resolution across functional and technical teams.
• •Maintain support documentation, knowledge articles, and standard operating procedures.
• •Track service metrics, issue trends, and recurring problems to drive continuous improvement efforts.
• •Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end financial processes by ensuring system availability and issue resolution.

Business Process & Continuous Improvement

• •Analyze finance processes and recommend opportunities for automation, simplification, and standardization.
• •Support governance and compliance activities related to financial systems and controls.
• •Assist with master data quality initiatives and process documentation.
• •Develop reports, dashboards, and metrics to support operational and project objectives.
• •Contribute to process improvement projects and finance transformation initiatives.

Requirements

• •Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
• •2-5 years of experience in finance, accounting, financial systems, ERP support, or business systems analysis.
• •Experience supporting finance applications and end users.
• •Experience participating in system implementations, upgrades, or process improvement initiatives.
• •Understanding of financial processes including:

• •Accounts Payable
• •Accounts Receivable
• •Fixed Assets
• •Financial Reporting
• •Planning and Forecasting

Preferred Experience

• •Experience supporting SAP S/4HANA, Central Finance (CFIN), SAP Group Reporting, BPC, SAC, Oracle, Workday, or similar finance platforms.
• •Experience with ticket management systems such as ServiceNow or Jira.
• •Exposure to finance transformation or shared services environments.
• •Experience with data analysis and reporting tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or SAP Analytics Cloud

Pay Range

Factors which may affect pay within this range include, but are not limited to, skills, education, experience, and other unique qualifications of the successful candidate.

Other Compensation

This position may be entitled to short-term cash incentives, subject to plan requirements.
