Nonprofit Governance and Administration
Assure nonprofit governance requirements of Board Bylaws are met, including organizing meetings, maintaining required correspondence and mandatory registrations, and ensuring required records are retained.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Work closely with Program, Development, and Operations teams to ensure grant expenditures align with approved program activities.
Partner with external finance partners, including outsourced accounting firms and auditors, to support accurate grant accounting.
Communicate with internal and external stakeholders, including program directors and funding agencies, to ensure budget alignment and timely modifications.
