As a Finance (AP, AR,GL, FA, CM) - Manager you will guide Oracle Financials work across accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, fixed assets, and cash management, helping clients use finance processes more effectively within our Advisory practice. As a Manager you will motivate and coach teams, take ownership of assigned workstreams, and use business knowledge, technology, and sound judgment to shape deliverables that support client goals. In this role at PwC, you will oversee Oracle Finance configuration, implementation, and ongoing support, while handling multiple priorities and maintaining focus on timelines, quality, and practical solutions for client needs.

Responsibilities

• - Leading Oracle Financials implementation and support workstreams across accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, fixed assets, and cash management
• - Managing project plans, budgets, scope, and timelines while coordinating deliverables across client and delivery teams
• - Configuring Oracle Finance solutions to align with client process requirements and reporting needs
• - Reviewing functional designs, test results, and conversion activities to validate solution readiness and data integrity
• - Guiding issue resolution for finance process gaps, system defects, and deployment challenges
• - Coaching team members on Oracle Finance functionality, delivery methods, and client service expectations
• - Developing client relationships by translating finance business needs into practical application solutions
• - Identifying opportunities to improve record to report, procure to pay, and financial reporting processes through Oracle capabilities
• - Applying knowledge of accounting, financial controls, and system administration to support implementation and enhancement efforts
• - Driving quality, accountability, and progress across multiple workstreams while adapting to shifting client priorities

What You Must Have

• - At least a Bachelor's degree
• - At least 4 years of experience
• - Oral and written proficiency in English required

What Sets You Apart

• - Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Accounting, Accounting & Finance, Finance, Economics, Business Administration/Management, Management Information Systems
• - At least one of the following: Oracle Cloud certification in Financials or related Oracle ERP Finance Cloud modules
• - Demonstrating Oracle Financials delivery across AP, AR, GL, FA, and CM
• - Managing client workstreams within Oracle ERP finance implementations
• - Coaching teams through planning, execution, and issue resolution
• - Applying financial process improvement in Oracle application support
