Finance Business Advisor – Private Individuals Cost Stewardship & Planning

We are looking for a Senior Finance Business Advisor who will play a leading role in steering the total Private Individuals cost base, including direct and allocated costs.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Effective cost management and forward-looking planning are critical to achieving sustainable growth. You will help management make informed decisions regarding strategic investments, resource allocation, cost optimisation, capacity planning and financial prioritisation.

Your Impact – Cost Stewardship

• •Own financial oversight of the total Private Individuals cost base.
• •Steward both direct Private Individuals costs and allocated costs from other functions.
• •Challenge spending decisions and investment proposals.
• •Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and optimise cost performance.
• •Strengthen cost awareness and financial discipline across the organisation.

Your Impact – Planning & Forecasting

• •Lead budgeting and forecasting activities across Private Individuals.
• •Translate strategic objectives into robust financial plans.
• •Develop forward-looking financial scenarios and management insights.
• •Challenge assumptions and improve forecast accuracy.

• •Act as trusted advisor to senior management.
• •Provide independent challenge and financial perspective.
• •Support leadership teams in steering costs, investments and resources.
• •Influence decisions through insight-driven financial advice.

Continuous Improvement

• •Improve planning, forecasting and cost steering processes.
• •Increase transparency in management information.
• •Contribute to Finance transformation initiatives.

How to Succeed:

• •Master’s degree in Finance, Economics or Business Administration.
• •Strong experience in Finance Business Advice, FP&A or Business Control.
• •Proven expertise in budgeting, forecasting and cost management.
• •Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.
• •Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills.
