Für die Verstärkung im Bereich Finanzen suchen wir für 12 Monate ab sofort einen/eine

### Finance Business Controller/in (m/w/d)

Aufgaben:

Eigenständige Erstellung des Monats-, Quartals- und Jahresabschlüsse inkl. Reporting sowie Forecasts in englischer Sprache
Budgeterstellung inklusive relevantem Reporting im Rahmen der Ein- oder Mehrjahresplanung
Ansprechpartner für Wirtschaftsprüfer, Steuerberater, Betreuung von Betriebsprüfungen
Prüfung und Beantragung von Steuererstattungsmöglichkeiten
Statistische Meldungen an Behörden und Ämter
Prüfung und Analyse der Umsätze, Produktionskosten, Margenentwicklungen, Betriebskosten, Lagerkosten und des Betriebsergebnisses
Weiterentwicklung der bestehenden Kosten- und Leistungsrechnung, Herleitung von Stundensätzen, Herstellkosten, Zuschlagssätzen und Produktkalkulationen.
Gemeinsame Erarbeitung von Aktionsplänen mit dem Finance Business Manager bei kritischen Plan-/Ist-Abweichungen
Unterstützung des Finance Business Manager bei Investitionsentscheidungen und Wirtschaftlichkeitsbetrachtungen
Erstellung und Erläuterung von Management- und Ad-hoc-Berichten
Aufbereitung von Betriebskennzahlen als Grundlage für unternehmerische Entscheidungen
Weiterentwicklung bestehender Kennzahlen und Reportings zur Steuerung der Geschäftsaktivitäten
Enge Zusammenarbeit mit dem Financial Shared Service Center
Mitarbeit bei der Durchführung von Inventuren

Voraussetzungen:

Abgeschlossenes betriebswirtschaftliches Studium
2-3 Jahre Berufserfahrung als Controller, idealerweise im Industrieumfeld
Sehr gute Englisch-Kenntnisse und MS Office
Kommunikativ
Analytische Fähigkeiten und hohe Zahlenaffinität
Flexibilität und Leistungsbereitschaft
Eigenverantwortliches Arbeiten aber auch Spaß am Arbeiten im Team
Bereitschaft zur Übernahme von Verantwortung
