Job Description:

• •We are looking for a Finance Executive – Last-Mile to manage day-to-day finance reconciliation, COD reporting, payout and settlement coordination, and MIS reporting.
• •The role will work closely with last-mile vendors and internal teams to ensure accurate reconciliations, identify discrepancies, and support timely financial reporting.
• •This is a high-pressure, zero-handholding, unstructured environment , where no task is beneath you if it moves the mission forward. We move fast, we set a high bar, and were not for everyone.
• •This is an in-person role (M-S office) at our Gurgaon HQ.

Roles & responsibilities:

• •Manage day-to-day finance reconciliation activities.
• •Maintain payout workings for the last-mile fleet and internal COD reconciliation reports.
• •Consolidate last-mile payout and COD reconciliation workings on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
• •Perform last-mile payout and COD reconciliation analysis, identifying discrepancies.
• •Coordinate with last-mile vendors for payout, reconciliation, and settlement-related matters.
• •Prepare and present MIS reports to management.

Qualifications:

• •Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Commerce, or a related field.
• •1-2 years of relevant experience in Finance, Accounts, or Reconciliation.
• •High proficiency in MS Excel and Google Sheets.
• •Good knowledge of GST, TDS, and other compliance reporting requirements.
• •Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• •Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• •High attention to detail and accuracy.
