Sie möchten Finance nicht nur reporten, sondern aktiv mitgestalten ? Als Finance Expert (gn) - Controlling unterstützen Sie die finanzielle Steuerung unseres Produktionsstandorts Reinheim und arbeiten eng mit Produktion, Supply Chain und weiteren Fachbereichen zusammen. Dabei verbinden Sie operative Kennzahlen mit finanziellen Analysen und schaffen die Grundlage für fundierte Entscheidungen .

### Ihre Aufgaben im Überblick

  • Unterstützung bei Budget-, Forecast- und Planungsprozessen
  • Erstellung und Weiterentwicklung von Reports, KPIs und Finanzanalysen
  • Analyse von Kostenentwicklungen, Abweichungen und Optimierungspotenzialen
  • Mitwirkung bei Herstellkostenkalkulationen sowie Kostenstellen- und Investitionscontrolling
  • Durchführung von Wirtschaftlichkeits-, Cashflow- und Ad-hoc-Analysen
  • Sicherstellung der Datenqualität und Pflege relevanter Finance-Daten
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Produktion, Supply Chain und weiteren Fachbereichen
  • Abgeschlossenes Studium mit Schwerpunkt Finanzen, Controlling oder Wirtschaft
  • Berufserfahrung im Controlling, idealerweise im Produktionsumfeld
  • Kenntnisse in Kalkulation, Kostenstellensteuerung und Investitionscontrolling
  • Erfahrung mit SAP R/3, SAP BW sowie sehr gute Excel-Kenntnisse
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
  • Analytisches Denkvermögen, Eigeninitiative und ausgeprägte Kommunikationsstärke
  • Hands-on-Mentalität sowie Freude an der Zusammenarbeit mit unterschiedlichen Stakeholdern
