As a Finance - GL, FAH - Manager you will guide client work across Oracle Financials, helping teams configure, implement, and maintain general ledger and financial accounting hub solutions that support core finance operations. As a Manager you will lead teams, coach junior staff, and use sound judgment to navigate complex work, manage multiple priorities, and deliver thoughtful client service within our Advisory practice.

In this role at PwC, you will build trusted client relationships, translate business needs into practical Oracle finance solutions, and bring structure to work streams that support system adoption and ongoing support. You will also help develop team capabilities, monitor deliverables, and bring a broad view of how finance processes, technology, and business goals connect within Oracle Finance.

Responsibilities

• - Managing Oracle Financials workstreams across general ledger, accounts receivable, and financial accounting hub implementations
• - Guiding client teams through finance transformation activities, configuration decisions, and system enhancements
• - Reviewing functional requirements and translating business needs into Oracle finance solutions
• - Overseeing testing cycles, issue resolution, and data validation for financial processes and reporting
• - Developing deliverables that support record to report activities, financial close, and process controls
• - Coaching team members on Oracle General Ledger, Oracle Financials, and related finance process improvements
• - Coordinating with client stakeholders to align system design with accounting and reporting objectives
• - Identifying opportunities to streamline finance operations through automation, integration, and improved system usage

What You Must Have

• - At least a Bachelor's degree
• - At least 10+ years of experience
• - Oral and written proficiency in English required

What Sets You Apart

• - Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Accounting, Accounting & Finance, Finance, Economics, Business Administration/Management, Management Information Systems
• - At least one of the following: Oracle Cloud certification in Financials or related Oracle ERP Finance Cloud modules
• - Demonstrating Oracle General Ledger and Financial Accounting Hub configuration knowledge
• - Managing finance transformation workstreams for client-facing consulting engagements
• - Interpreting financial data to guide process improvement recommendations
• - Coaching junior team members through delivery reviews and issue resolution
