Finance Intern

What will you be doing?

• •Supporting the Central Finance team with day-to-day financial activities and processes
• •Assisting with the preparation of financial reports, management information and ad hoc analyses
• •Supporting budgeting, forecasting and cost monitoring processes, including analysis of actuals versus budget
• •Assisting with month-end activities, including data preparation, validation and reconciliation
• •Supporting the review and analysis of financial data to ensure accuracy, consistency and completeness
• •Helping with finance-related operational activities, including invoices, payments and other financial documentation
• •Supporting audit-related activities and preparation of information and documentation for internal and external stakeholders
• •Cooperating with other teams across the business to collect, validate and explain financial information
• •Participating in finance-related projects, process improvements and automation initiatives
• •Assisting the team with other ad hoc tasks and responsibilities based on business needs

What are we looking for?

• •A student or recent graduate in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business or a related field
• •Good command of English, both written and spoken
• •Good analytical and problem-solving skills
• •Good knowledge of MS Excel and confidence in working with data
• •Interest in finance, financial analysis and business processes
• •Attention to detail and ability to work accurately with financial data
• •Good communication skills and willingness to cooperate with different teams and stakeholders
• •Proactive attitude, willingness to learn and openness to new challenges
• •Availability for 3–5 days per week
