Finance Manager, Accounting

• Key job responsibilities
• •Drive core accounting operations, including month-end closing, financial reporting, and the management of external audits across multiple frameworks with accuracy, compliance, and timely delivery.
• •Transform accounting data into actionable insights that drive innovation.
• •Identify, develop, and implement scalable process improvements using automation and AI-powered tools.
• •Collaborate globally with internal Accounting, Finance, and Technology teams, external business partners, and other departments such as Tax and Statutory Compliance.
• •Lead and deliver complex, large-scale projects in a fast-moving, international, high-growth environment.
• •Continuously enhance your skills by working with advanced finance technologies and global best practices.

Basic qualifications

• - Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting or related field, or experience or equivalent experience in finance roles
• - Knowledge of one or multiple accounting frameworks (including US GAAP, IFRS, or local GAAP frameworks), with the ability to apply them in day-to-day financial activities
• - Speak, write, and read fluently in English
• - Experience supporting month-end closing processes and contributing to financial reporting under established procedures
• - Experience supporting the implementation of controls or contributing to audits over financial reporting environments
• - Experience using financial models, KPIs, and data analysis to support business decisions

Preferred qualifications

• - Professional accounting qualification (e.g. ACA, ACCA, CIMA, CPA, or equivalent)
• - Experience developing financial models in Excel with advanced functions (pivot tables, macros, VBA, Power Query)
• - Experience with data analytics platforms (Power BI, Python, SQL, Tableau)
