Key Responsibilities

• •Build rapport with customers and understand their financial needs
• •Present financing and protection options clearly and professionally
• •Guide customers through the finance process in a pressure-free manner
• •Prepare, review, and finalize all finance and insurance paperwork
• •Ensure accuracy, compliance, and proper documentation
• •Work with lending partners to secure approvals and funding
• •Maintain organized records for all financial transactions

Qualifications

• •2+ years of customer service or sales experience preferred (not required)
• •Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• •Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities
• •Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• •Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel experience a plus)
• •Ability to work rotating Saturdays
• •Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
