Duties and responsibilities

• •Develop a comprehensive menu selling process to help maximize the finance department's overall profitability and product penetration
• •Track portfolio with lenders
• •Review and inspect the flow of the department’s paperwork on a daily basis to ensure a timely turnaround on all deals
• •Demonstrate complete commitment to supporting the sales department in achieving its goals
• •Be an example of professional morals, ethics, and excellent customer service
• •Work closely with sales team on enforcement of proper selling methods
• •Maintain finance department work schedule

Requirements

Preferred Qualifications

• •Bachelors in Business or Finance
• •Previous experience in dealership F&I department
• •Proven history of successful sales management
• •Bilingual
• •Clean criminal background history
• •Valid driver’s license
• •Must be willing to submit to a drug screen and background check prior to employment

Work Environment

This job operates in an office setting and is conducted seated at a desk. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines.

Physical Demands

This is largely a sedentary role; however, some walking is required. This is a highly competitive sales environment with expectations of meeting and exceeding established goals every month. Fast-paced days with the regular need to address and problem solve with a variety of customer and employee behaviors.

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work

This is a full-time position. Days and hours of work are typically Monday through Saturday, 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. Evening, Holiday and weekend work may be required as job duties demand.

Travel

This position may require up to 10% travel.
