We are looking for an efficient, forward-thinking, and strategic Finance Manager to design and manage the financial framework of our group companies. The role involves overseeing multi-entity finance operations across India, UAE, and the UK, establishing effective financial systems, ensuring compliance, and supporting the group's rapid growth through effective cost control and the creation of sustainable financial infrastructures.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and implement a comprehensive financial system for the group companies.
  • Control budgets, expenses, and project/product cost structures.
  • Fully manage payroll, insurance, and taxation processes in compliance with UAE, India, and UK regulations.
  • Establish and monitor key financial KPIs and provide regular reports to the Board of Directors.
  • Prepare and analyze financial statements, cash flow forecasts, and manage working capital.
  • Supervise accounting, internal audit processes, and ensure compliance with international standards.
  • Lead the finance team and establish control processes to minimize risks.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in financial management, preferably within technology companies or startups.
  • Experience with multi-entity or international financial operations is an added advantage.
  • Full knowledge of international accounting standards (IFRS) and UAE tax and insurance regulations; knowledge of India and UK regulations will be an additional advantage.
  • Ability to design and implement cost accounting systems and cost control processes.
  • Strong analytical skills in financial data analysis and accurate management reporting.
  • Proficiency in English (knowledge of other languages, especially Malayalam, is a plus).
  • Strong leadership, planning, and strategic decision-making abilities.
