Job Description:

Job Description:

Our business is one in which building relationships and working with others on the team are critical. The position requires a skilled verbal and written communicator with the confidence and polish to speak with senior executives, accountants, and colleagues.

You are comfortable being the senior finance voice in the room with business leadership, and confident making and defending judgment calls where there is no established playbook. You are comfortable owning a dynamic financial reporting and compliance calendar while remaining responsive to the operational priorities of the business units you support. You understand that finance runs on a cycle, and that a growing portfolio brings periods of higher intensity alongside quieter stretches. You are interested in how technology and AI are changing the finance function and look for opportunities to apply them.
