We are a small but mighty startup with deep industry background and expertise in both financial markets and modern technologies. In a nutshell

As a key member of the Client Strategy & Ops team, you will play an integral role in ensuring data quality, supporting client relationships, & driving operational efficiency.

🤞 Who you are

You love financial data – you thrive in data-heavy environments and enjoy working with financial statements, and data validation processes.

You’re detail-obsessed – accuracy is your superpower, and you take pride in ensuring financial data is precise and reliable.

You have a strong financial background – you have 1-3 years of experience in accounting, fin ops, fund administration or finance with a solid grasp of financial metrics.

You’re a team player – you enjoy collaborating with cross-functional teams to improve data processes and contribute to company-wide success.

You understand financial markets – familiarity with institutional investors and private investment markets is a strong plus.

You’re proficient in English - given the international nature of our clientele, strong proficiency in English is a key asset.

💻 What you’ll do

Deliver high quality data – audit fund financial data extracted by the Tetrix platform, ensuring it meets high standards of precision. The ability to correctly interpret complex and nuanced financial statement data is key.

Enhance data processes – work directly with our AI / ML engineers to refine and automate our sophisticated internal processes for data validation, reconciliation, and reporting to support scale and deliver consistent client value.

Cultivate meaningful client partnerships – act as a strategic partner for clients throughout their onboarding and ongoing engagement with Tetrix.

Collaborate across teams – work closely with product, engineering, and client strategy teams to enhance data workflows and resolve client needs efficiently.
