This position is a 1 year, 30+ hours per week, Internship opportunity.

What You Will Do

• •Assist with the preparation and analysis of financial reports, including monthly, quarterly, and annual statements
• •Support the budgeting and forecasting processes, gathering data and contributing to projections
• •Participate in account reconciliation and general ledger activities, ensuring accuracy and compliance
• •Assist in cost analysis and tracking, identifying opportunities for efficiency and optimization
• •Contribute to the development and implementation of financial controls and procedures
• •Support internal and external audit preparations, providing necessary documentation and information
• •Collaborate with various departments to gather financial data and provide financial insights
• •Perform ad-hoc financial analysis and special projects as assigned by senior finance staff
• •Learn and apply company-specific financial software and systems
• •Maintain confidentiality of financial information and adhere to ethical standards

What You Should Have

• •Currently be pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Business, preferably with a concentration in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
• •Prior internship/co-op experience with the preparation and analysis of financial reports, including monthly, quarterly, and annual statements
• •Have experience with budgeting and forecasting processes, gathering data, and contributing to projections
• •Have experience with account reconciliation and general ledger activities, ensuring accuracy and compliance
• •Prior internship / co-op experience assisting in cost analysis and tracking, plus identifying opportunities for efficiency and optimization
• •Experience with Google applications and financial softwares and systems
